Arrowcreek

Downtown Reno

Hidden Valley

Hidden Valley in Reno is located on eastern foothills of Reno. The golf course had a multi million make over in 2001 to give it a more modern day feel. The course is 7300 yards long. There are not many elevation changes and they do keep the rough long. Some of the more desirable homes in Hidden Valley are located on the course with outstanding views of the city of Reno. Mogul/Verdi

Mogul/Verdi are suburbs of Reno just five miles away and features a mature community on larger lots with some of them zoned for horses. The appeal to living in Mogul is its rural feel yet just minutes away from great shopping and schools. People that live in Mogul are very community/family oriented and tend to stay in one place for quite a while. The sizes of the lots in Mogul range from 1/3 of an acre to 2 acres and have some great views of the Western mountains and Verdi. Verdi is located on the Nevada California border on the Truckee River. Verdi was a logging town with a network of railways that ventured into the hills to the North and West until the fire of 1926 and the lack of timber put the logging industry in Verdi out of business. Verdi is also known for the great Verdi train robbery in 1870 when over $40,000 in gold coins were stolen and til this sat some have not been recovered. Montreux

Montreux is considered one of the highest of luxury areas in the Reno area. Montreux is a private gated golf community and it is host to the Legends Reno Tahoe Open PGA tournament. Located at the foot of Mt. Rose, these areas are complimented with unsurpassed mountain views. Price Range $700,000-$3million.

Northwest reno

Northwest Reno is a beautiful area with one of the largest parks in Reno - Rancho San Rafael, which is where the Reno Balloon races are held each year. The Ranches

The Ranches located in Southwest Reno is the "Hunt Club" Gentlemen.s Ranch area of Reno with its rolling pastures and mountain views. Spanish Springs is a suburb of Sparks located North on Pyramid Highway. It is one of the fastest growing areas in our community. The newest addition to this community is the Sparks Galleria mall with Costco and Home Depot, the largest anchors of the center. Price range $250,000-$600,000.

Wingfield Springs

Wingfield Springs is the home of the Red Hawk golf and country club in Spanish Springs Valley. This area of town has recently gone thru major growth with new shopping and dining options. Located close to downtown Reno it is worlds apart from the other master planned resort communities. Red Hawk golf and country club offers two courses, one private and one public.
